HARDWARE UNLIMITED worked with us on returning the original product and we picked out something that really fit our needs! THANK YOU! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. No box store would have did what they did. If anyone buys "hardware" for their homes....and nowhere else rather than here....good luck because you will need it.
