  I was in a bind one really rainy day, got a call from home saying the refrigerator had been out for hours, food was thawing from the freezer. I went over to the Glendale Store and even thought they were not open yet Ron unlock the doors for me and said how can I help, after I told him my story Ron took care of me right away. I call that great customer service and because I was so "anxious" about everything I left my umbrella on the counter and Ron was kind enough to catch me before I drove away. Like I said GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
