  My review relates only to the Sprint Holland-Sylvania store. Since we brought our provider business to Sprint last year, I've had occasion to visit this store three separate times, including today. The cs techs were more than accommodating. I tried coming in over the weekend but, with only four regular employees and a busy outlet, I opted to put off my visit until Monday morning (good decision). Both Mike and David were on duty; I dealt with David, who could not have been more helpful. My problems are primarily due to my extremely low tech savvy; David's patience was considerable. What I feared were major concerns apparently were a series of minor snafus. David took care of them all. I was in the store for over an hour. However, much of that was a matter of download time and socializing (aside from several customers who were in and quickly out, I was the solitary customer for any length of time. I am still none too thrilled with Sprint or some of their products, but dealing with the regulars at this store removes much of the sting from the anticipatory ugly visit. Note to purchasing agent: this store, while clean and neat, is in dire need of new waiting chairs for customers.
