  I'm just glad there is lots of competition out there. I will never step foot in this particular Verizon again. They are so dishonest. I had to spend 2 hours in the store due to difficulty they had with there devices. I knew exactly what I needed. Said NO to extras. Especially insurances. No means No! Worse thing they told my son a lie and told him I said he needed to get insurance. That's right they ripped off my 16 year old son, when he came back to have them help him transfer his old data to new phone. The way I see it I'm owed 100 bucks for insurance. 75 for "free" tablet. That's right it's advertised on the side of store. This is the final catcher, the paperwork states you can return stuff is not happy. Within 14 days. And if box is unopened the re-stocking fee is small. However they make sure they open boxes so this is not so. Yea that's right I did not give them permission they just did it. So if I am not happy I have to pay you to give it back ? Why is this even legal? You opened box I'm screwed. I will take this complaint further. I pray someone will realize how horrible this is!
